In order ot remain competitive, it is necessary to design an ideal concept for a die-cast part and the corresponding tool already in the development stage. The casting simulation helps to detect manufacturing problems in the combination of casting parameters and construction data rather early. Several presentation options in the simulation prgram give information on mould filling, solidifying and cooling-down processes.
